Hosted by Mindful Peacebuilding Sangha

7am-9amPT (come and go as needed)

Hello dear one,

Mindful Peacebuilding Sangha invites you to join  the Deep Looking, Deep Listening Circle on Tuesdays, at 7am-9amPT (Come for all or part of the time.)

This circle is for sitting together, deep looking and deep listening in relation to what is happening in Israel and Gaza. This is a first response, allowing people to come together in deep care and love as a sangha.

It will be guided by the teachings and practices of the Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism and Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

We welcome people familiar with and at ease with these practices, who would like to gather as a sangha.

Please feel free to share this link, with awareness that this circle is guided by these teachings.

We will hold the space to be in silence and stillness together in community.

In offering this circle, we have been inspired in particular by the “May We Gather” Buddhist memorial ceremony offered in response to violence against Asians and Asian-Americans (, and by circles offered in recent years by Order of Interbeing member Jindra Cekan living in the Czech Republic in response to the war in Ukraine.
