DESCRIPTION:We invite anyone in the community to join our practice from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on December 14. \n\n\n\nWe aspire that Shantideva will become a resource and anchor for our broad and diverse Bay Area and Northern California community.  \n\n\n\nGathering at Shantideva is a chance for people from our many different sanghas to practice together in friendship\, and to create opportunities for honest and vulnerable discussion. \n\n\n\nPlease email Dylan if you’re planning to attend. (This is not required\, but if a lot of people are coming\, it can be helpful to plan for parking.) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou are free to join for part or all of the day. Please bring your own lunch if you plan to be here during lunch. \n\n\n\nApproximate schedule: \n\n\n\n\n9:30 am – Arrive\, park\, get situated\n\n\n\n10:00 am – Welcome\, Intros\, and Housekeeping\n\n\n\n10:15 am – Sitting Meditation & Chanting\n\n\n\n11:00 am – Short Break\n\n\n\n11:15 am – Mindful Movements\n\n\n\n11:35 am – Singing & Walking Meditation\n\n\n\n12:15 pm – Mindful Lunch (bring your own vegetarian lunch)\n\n\n\n1:15 pm – Dharma Sharing\n\n\n\n2:00 pm – End of Day / Closing Circle
