SUMMARY:Shantideva Sangha Gathering
DESCRIPTION:We invite anyone in the community to join our practice from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates: July 20\, September 7\, October 19\, and November 16. (Note: usually the third Saturday of each month.) \n\n\n\nOur aspiration is that Shantideva will become a resource and anchor for our broad and diverse community in the Bay Area and Northern California. Gathering at Shantideva is a chance for people from our many different sanghas to practice together in friendship\, and to create opportunities for honest and vulnerable discussion. \n\n\n\nPlease email Dylan if you’re planning to attend. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou are free to join for part or all of the day. Please bring your own lunch if you plan to be here during lunch. \n\n\n\nApproximate schedule: \n\n\n\n\n9:30am gathering\n\n\n\n10am sitting meditation\n\n\n\n10:30am chanting in Vietnamese and English\n\n\n\n11am Dharma sharing\n\n\n\n11:45am break\n\n\n\n12 noon walking meditation\n\n\n\n12:30pm mindful lunch (bring your own vegetarian food)\n\n\n\n1:30 pm group discussion / activity TBA
